I met the lady (Avery)who was so kind to my daugther when she called about us not returnuning the uhaul on time. Avery called my daugther the next day to inquire about the return. My daugther bacame up set and started to cry. Avery was very kind, empathic and reassured her she was safe and will be okay. Avery showed such great compassion and empathy to her. I just want the owner to know, you have a gem of an employee. Especially since sometimes people are not renting a Uhaul for happy reasons. Went to this storage location to help a friend moving and we needed to put some items in his 'locker.' This place is huge and climate controlled on the inside portion. He had an outdoor locker that really did stink at 9pm on a winter's night. Barely any external lights so you have to carry a flashlight or basically drive your car to the front of the door so you can find the lock and also loon inside. My recommendation to them, please put more lights outside so you can see! Also, would it kill you to put some lights in each locker outside that activate when the door is opened? So dark and if I was a woman I wouldn't dare come here! Especially at night...

Omg. What can I say, About Avery. It would take too long, but after the most horrific moving day one could experience, from the movers not showing up, to my Son turning in the Uhaul, from another facilty with, the moving equipment I rented from ClearHome. I called Avery this morning, she was so courteous and encouraging me not to worry, she then jumped right on it, she put her day aside and went to the other Uhaul to retrieve the equipment. She save me from riding 25 miles to pick it up and bring it back to ClearHome. She clearly made my day!

I can't say enough about how great this place is. We're in the process of selling our house and I have a couple of units there now. The outside storage is perfect for all of our garage stuff! Tina was very accommodating when I realized my climate control unit wasn't big enough and I had to get a bigger one(I should have listened to her in the first place) . She made sure to get us close to the door since we were going to be storing lots of furniture.
