Rented a five by five for temporary storage and was very impressed with the location and customer service of Clear Home Storage. The location on 3 Brothers Lane is very convenient to access and well laid out. Even on days when there were multiple people moving in or out there was plenty of space to work around each other but most of my visits it was just me there. The indoor units are very safe with locked key code doors and good lighting. I will plan to use Clear Home again for my storage needs.

The office staff is outstanding! They have always been helpful and kind during a very stressful time. Good customer service goes a long way with me.

They were very helpful and very welcoming. I would highly recommend Uptown !!! We were stressing to find somewhere safe and friendly and we definitely found it here. I just want to say that Mr. David is the epitome of CUSTOMER CARE From the very beginning, he makes you feel heard, welcomed and appreciated and you just feel good when you leave. We purchased a unit from out of town and then we arrived, the unit was too small but thanks to Mr. David’s knowledge he remembered that it was a possible open unit. He went back to the office, got the info and came back to the unit for us to unload. And had all the new paperwork ready for me to sign, after I help get the movers situated. It was a very pleasant experience despite all the stress of not knowing how things were going to work out. Thanks again to Mr. David!!!

This is by far the best storage facility I've had the pleasure of working with. David and Wendy are great folks and they are always eager to help. From the time I first inquired about renting a unit to the point of signing a month to Month contract they have went above and beyond to meet my request. The reason I gave clear home a 5 star rating is because clear home and the staff deserve all 5 gold stars .

Customer service is awesome. I got a second month free. The units are in good shape and very secure

They have great customer services, sweet lady and sweet man that works the front desk in the Shelby location

I had a great experience using the services of ClearHome Self Storage Uptown in Shelby, NC. The personnel were easy to talk too. The initial process was a breeze from looking at the unit to renting, then register and that was it. The location was accessible that its not hard to unload/load your belongings. Clean units also. I look forward to doing business with them again.

They have regular units and climate control units which is fantastic . Weather you need them for 1 month or longer…they are there for you…the units are clean, convenient and secure . Check them out…you won’t be disappointed !
