Fantastic staff! I worked with Verne in setting up my (second) storage unit. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, as he was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have an issue…just talk to him! He can solve any issue. I also met his coworker, Vann, as she was driving her golf cart around. She was also quite nice and engaging. Good folks, for sure. The strength of the facility is certainly the wonderful staff. The facility itself however definitely needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. It’s actually quite dirty, with dead cockroaches all over the place. There also seems to be (to the best of my knowledge), only one cart for several hundred storage units. It can take some time even locating it, if you are lucky enough where no one is using it. There needs to be 2-3 carts on the other side (opposite the office side), at least. There has been dramatic price increases of late, so the question of value is always pertinent, and one would expect a much cleaner facility. But, the one thing I can promise you is that the new staff is an excellent upgrade and are really there to help in anyway possible. I think in time everything will be nice and clean.
